Your role in our company

As site foreman you are responsible for the daily organisation of the work. You make sure planning is efficient, you closely follow up orders and material supply, and you are the main contact person for your team.
At the same time, you also roll up your sleeves: you work on site yourself, helping with welding and assembling custom steel structures.

You:

Lead your team and coach them.
Draw up the work schedule and monitor its execution.
Take care of material management and place the necessary orders.
Actively help with assembly and welding work, or with bending and cutting steel plates.

Your profile

Thanks to your technical insight, practical knowledge and leadership skills, you can take your team to a higher level and bring projects to a good end.

You have at least 5 years of experience in the metal sector and strong knowledge of steel structures and welding.
You have strong at reading technical drawings.
You have experience in leading crews or coordinating sites.
You have the necessary certificates for working at heights are a plus.
You have a Category B driving licence.
You speak fluent Dutch and have good basic knowledge of English.
