Your role in our company

As foreman, you guide the daily work on site.
You request the necessary permits, divide the tasks and ensure that everything is prepared correctly so that fitters and welders can get started.
You lead the team and ensure that metal structures are assembled and installed safely and efficiently.

Concrete tasks:

You monitor safety and compliance with workplace instructions.
You choose the correct materials, tools and machinery.
You follow planning and ensure deadlines are respected.
You analyse problems or defects and propose solutions.
You coordinate with other departments such as maintenance and quality.
You look for improvements and guide new colleagues so they can grow into the job.

Your profile

You have a strong background in metal construction and know how to keep a team motivated and on track.
You combine technical knowledge with leadership, and communicate clearly.

We expect you to:

Have at least 5 years of experience in metal construction
Have solid knowledge of electrode welding and technical drawings
Work independently and handle stress in a responsible way
Speak fluent Dutch, with basic English
Hold a category B driving licence

Additionally (or willing to obtain):

Certificate “Safety Certificate for Contractors Operational Operation Operational Supervisors” (VCA/SCC)
Certificates for rigging, lifting or working at heights
